If you have a health condition, disability or personal circumstance that may affect you during periods of extreme heat, please contact us on 0800 432 0077 so we can discuss your situation and make sure we have the right information recorded.
Please note that we do not generally provide air conditioning units, fans or other cooling equipment, except in exceptional circumstances.
If a repair issue is affecting your ability to keep your home safe or ventilated during the hot weather, please contact us.
